Real-time EBITDA
EBITnow connects to your bookkeeping, billing, and payroll stack and turns the raw numbers into a continuously updated EBITDA view — refreshed every 15 minutes, benchmarked against your stage peers, and exportable as a board-ready PDF in two clicks.
Free cohort benchmarking included on every plan — worth $1,200/yr elsewhere. No card required for the live demo.
By the numbers
99.98% measured uptime in 2024 · SOC 2 Type II since 2022 · status.ebitnow.com publishes the live numbers.
How it works
Most teams are live inside ten minutes. No implementation consultants, no quarterly re-mapping — connect, watch EBITDA appear, export.
One-click OAuth into QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Stripe, Chargebee, Maxio, Gusto, and 64 more. We read your raw ledgers — we never write back.
Pick the streams you bill on — subscriptions, usage, one-time, services. We apply cash-basis treatment to deferred revenue and COGS and stop there. Full GAAP is explicitly out of scope.
Every fifteen minutes the dashboard reconciles your sources, applies your cohort's percentile benchmarks, and surfaces the deltas worth a board conversation. No animated counters triggered on scroll — the numbers genuinely are live.
Two clicks exports a one-page summary with a 1-click audit trail that Big Four diligence teams already accept. Average monthly close drops from 11 days to 38 minutes inside the first cycle.
20-minute live demo · your stack, your numbers, no slideware.
Plugs into the stack you already pay for
EBITnow reads directly from your bookkeeping, billing, and payroll — no CSVs, no exports, no Tuesday-night spreadsheet rituals. Below are the seven that show up in nearly every growth-stage SaaS finance stack we onboard; the other sixty-four live quietly behind them.

A note from the team
Three of us came off the Stripe finance bench. One came off the Gusto controller desk. One ran close at Pilot. Between us, we lived inside the same spreadsheet for eight years — a Frankenstein of QuickBooks exports, Stripe MRR pulls, Gusto payroll dumps, and a Google Sheet that took a full day to refresh before every board meeting.
We never lacked data. We lacked cadence. EBITDA was always a quarter-end artifact, something you argued about with your auditor after the fact, something you only trusted once a Big Four reconciliation had stamped it. By the time the number landed, it was history — and founders were making decisions against last month's reality.
So we built the thing we kept reinventing: a system that watches your books the way your payment processor watches your charges, that translates the raw ledger into the one number a founder can actually act on, and that updates it on a cadence short enough to be honest about what's happening in the business today.
EBITnow is cash-basis EBITDA, refreshed every fifteen minutes, benchmarked against your stage peers, and exportable as a board-ready PDF in two clicks. It is not a full GAAP engine and it does not give tax or audit opinions. What it does — quietly, continuously, without requiring a controller on call — is show you, before lunch, whether the month is going the way you told the board it would.
That is the tool we wished existed every Monday morning. We hope it earns a place on your screen too.
